Amazing first experience! I have an extremely bad gag reflex. Nancy was sooo patient and understanding. My appointment was at 8:30. I was headed to the back by 8:33. Dr. Pham has amazing chair-side manner. He sat and actually spoke for more than 5 seconds. They were even able to squeeze me into an opening for a cleaning.

Had dental cleaning today with Beth. She was very thorough and quick! I was in and out in no time. I felt right at home as I used to see Dr. Devin at North Hills Dental. I met Dr Pham on my first visit, no work needed! Yay! My previous dentist passed away and this office is much closer and more convenient. Also after reading previous reviews, I must mention that Dr. Pham is a man. This office is not all females as one of the previous reviews suggests. With that said, I have no problem seeing a male or female dentist.

Ruby, Bethand Dr. PHAN, did an amazing job today and really looked out for my benefit going forward. I have been a member for several years and will continue to be a grateful patient.

Excellent experience in the dentist chair. The most stress was billing but they were very helpful and kind.

I was terrified of going to the dentist for years, but I knew I needed to get it done. I ended up booking with Dessert Dental after another office mis-scheduled me, and I'm glad I did! Dr. Pham wasn’t intimidating, which I think is important—he listened to my concerns and gave me an honest assessment. I’m very happy with all the work he did for me—my teeth look great 😬

Also Cindy at the front desk was warm and welcoming (I hope I'm getting her name; she sits to the right as you walk in).Christina Dr. Pham’s assistant really knows her stuff and Morgan the dental hygienist is such a sweetheart who did a fantastic job with my cleaning! Thanks y'all☺️

Dr.pham is so kind and is great on explaining everything to you. All the ladies in the office are very kind also. Would highly recommend going here.

After a shaky start trying to get new dentures for my disabled father, to the point we almost left the practice, we met Christina. She took over our case and went the extra mile to fix the issues, to the extent she started completely over with us. We now have dentures that fit and we cannot thank Christina enough. She was a miracle worker as far as we are concerned. What began as one the worst experiences we have had with a dental office became one of the best. I cannot stress enough the gratitude we have for Christina’s caring, professional and skillful assistance that resulted in a successful result.

I had my first appointment on Monday, finally! I think I've finally found a great place to take care of my teeth! It's in a good location, I liked the facilities, but above all, the staff provided excellent service. They took X-rays and the dentist gave me a dental exam. Afterwards, we discussed what I needed, they gave me a quote, and everything went very well! I highly recommend them if you're looking for a good dentist...

Coming from out of town, this dental office was amazing! Dr. Pham was an amazing doctor and Morgan was a amazing hygienist. The managers Archie and Melissa were very welcoming and attentive. Would highly go here again and recommend!

After such a phenomenal visit, I can truly say best I’ve been too. The hygienist, Morgan I believe her name was, amazing service and great personality! Dr. Pham is top notch and very patient! Makes you feel like family you get so comfortable. I even had the chance to meet the manager Mr. Kovich. Runs a tight professional family environment! Truly appreciate all of the staff for the amazing experience I’ve had here. Will definitely be recommending.

For my first time I have nothing but positive things to say. The environment was welcoming and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well as Dr Pham who really impressed me as I’ve had some pretty rough experiences at other dental offices. Definitely will be returning to this location
